功能驗證 (commissioning)
是 LEED 的先決條件之一，也是建築性能的的驗證過程，使其確保接受功能驗證健助達到業主需求，甚至超過業主期待。

建築功能驗證也對建築使用者的運轉與維護生命週期成本和質量有很大的影響，但大家對調適的認知與價值似乎一知半解，因此本課程提供有關建築物功能驗證的基礎知識和程序。
Building commissioning also create tremendous influence to building operation and maintenance and lifetime cost. It seems quite a lot of people do not understand and recognize value of building commissioning. Therefore. this course would provide basic knowledge about building commissioning and commissioning processes to trainees.
